This is free of charge and is to gain an understanding of the problem you wish to work on in therapy. If you choose to proceed with booking, a registration form and therapy contract will be sent to you.

The price of therapy sessions is £100
All sessions take place via Zoom.
The concessionary rate for Universal Credit recipients is £65.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes - 1 hour long and are conducted on a weekly basis for a minimum of 6 weeks.

I am able to offer supervision to counsellors and trainee psychotherapists looking to increase their confidence in using CBT. Supervision sessions are currently charged at £55 per 50 minutes - 1 hour and can be conducted on a fortnightly basis or depending upon need.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All 1-1 therapy sessions must be booked a week in advance of the appointment.
Sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are chargeable. The amount paid is the full session fee. A missed/ unattended session is still charged.
Sessions that are not attended within 15 minutes of the scheduled time are considered unattended.
